Metal Fabrication

SLS/MJF 3D Printing
These 3D Printing technologies are capable of rolling out great end-use parts along with developing protos. Hence, they could be used for batch production or for testing multiple iterations as desired
DMLS/SLM 3D Printing
Powder metal-based technology, capable of printing complex parts and very much comparable to 5-axis machined parts involving tough geometries and special materials

Plasma Cutting
Max bed sizes up to 6500*2000 in mm.
Material thickness up to 40 mm can be cut

WaterJet Cutting
Max bed sizes up to 3000*2000 in mm.
Up to 250mm thick blocks can be cut

CNC Bending
- Maximum bend length of up to 5000 in mm
- Tonnage: 40-500 tonnage
- Can bend metal sheets up to 12 mm thickness
Proto Molding
Proto Molding is well-suited for batch production of parts upto 25000 numbers.
The tool has a short life for production of parts and is particularly designed for small batches in soft metals without hardening
CNC Machining
CNC Machining provides the flexibility of testing different materials or sizes of products in smaller or significant batches
Compression Molding
A manufacturing technology that is helpful in production of flexible parts such as gaskets, O-rings, seals, weather strips, etc.
