What is Additive Manufacturing.

Additive manufacturing (AM), also known as 3D printing, is a revolutionary technology that is upending
traditional manufacturing methods. Consider creating objects directly from a digital model, layer by layer,
with no need for molds or subtractive processes for smaller batches.

Polyjet Printing

A short name for Photopolymer Jetting process, PolyJet technology involves jetting of materials of
same/ multiple compositions together or in multiple colors which are cured and hardened with UV light

This can print complex wide-range of materials together and hence is used in achieving complex shapes,
intricate details and delicate features

  • Materials:
    • VeroUltra, Rigur, Tango and others, VeroClear, Simulated Polypropylene, VeroFlex
    • Cobalt Chrome, Stainless Steel, Inconel, Titanium
  • Max machine volumes up to 294*192*148.6 in mm
